2. Cash on Delivery Orders
Orders placed via the website or WhatsApp are dispatched under Cash on Delivery terms. Customers are required to provide a valid contact number and address. Payment must be rendered in full to the courier rider upon package handoff.
3. Product Integrity & Replacement Terms
Products are dispatched under Cash on Delivery terms across Pakistan with nationwide delivery within 6–7 working days. In the event an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may request a replacement within 7 days by submitting photo proof via WhatsApp to +92 312 0813050.
